Since March 2009 more than 1,000 orphans and street children from 16 orphanages and shelters have participated in the Orphan Impact computer training program.

Trained 5 teachers from Worldwide Orphan Foundation to begin their own Classmate PC training program in the Ba Vi Orphanage

Launched a new orphanage computer training program in Can Tho Province of the Mekong Delta region.
April 2012 Orphan Impact signs a licensing agreement with Intel to develop and localize the Intel Learn curriculum for Vietnam.

Trialed our 1st "Distance Learning Video Lesson" in Vinh Phuc in an attempt to improve the quality of the lessons in orphanages outside of major cities.

Hosted our 5th Intel Education Service Corps Team of volunteers in Vietnam.

Designated 3 orphanages as the "focus orphanages" for the 2011-2012 school year in attempt to place an increased emphasis on career preparation.

Launched a new partnership with the Worldwide Orphans Foundation to teach computers to children at an orphanage for children who have tested positive for HIV.

Kicked off our first public fundraising drive with a new Child Sponsorship Program for 109 children in South Vietnam.

Launched the Mobile Teaching Team in Ho Chi Minh City to provide training to 4 orphanages and 109 children.
