On our current program model we utilize child sponsorship and general program donations to raise our target budget of $14,000 to cover the expenses for our program at our 3 focus orphanages. Though there will always be areas where we can be improving, the program at these orphanages is well-staffed and well-equipped. The teachers have received significant training and support. The classrooms are equipped with 10 Classmate PCs, a projector and screen, a Teacher PC, a wireless router, and wireless air mouse. The students also have the opportunity to benefit from guest speakers, field-trips, career planning and career counseling. Unless our donations are otherwise specified, the first $14,000 each year goes to support the program expenses at these 3 orphanages (Tam Binh, Linh Xuan, and Vung Tau).

Outside of these 3 orphanages, our program is currently running in 5 orphanages. Due to budget restraints, the program offered in these orphanages is more limited. The classrooms have fewer computers and the local teachers are not as well-trained. As our funding increases, we will equip these classrooms with more computers and projectors and offer the teachers more training and support. Until the time comes when we feel confident in the quality of the program being offered in these orphanages, we will continue to work with private donors to fund the costs of running the program in these orphanages.
